With a bachelor’s degree in music from Walla Walla University and a Master of  Music from Andrews University, I bring both academic training and decades of  practical teaching experience to my studio.

As an active member of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), the  California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT), and the  Redlands/San Bernardino Chapter of the MTNA, I stay current with professional  standards and teaching practices.

I began teaching piano during my college years and have since had the privilege  of working with hundreds of students—from young beginners to advanced adult  musicians. Alongside private instruction in my home studio, I spent 12 years  teaching piano at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, followed by another 12 years at Walla Walla University. I have also served as a church music leader and accompanist.

After relocating to Redlands, CA in 2024, I now teach from my home studio, where I continue to share my passion for music and help students grow in both artistry and technique.
